Review of Robert Galbraith The Silkworm

When novelist Owen Quine goes missing, his wife calls in private detective Cormoran Strike. At first, Mrs. Quine just thinks her husband has gone off by himself for a few days—as he has done before—and she wants Strike to find him and bring him home.

But as Strike investigates, it becomes clear that there is more to Quine's disappearance than his wife realizes. This is the second book for Robert Galbraith (aka J.K Rowland) and an excellent follow up from her previous book The Cuckoo's Calling. The book is really fast paced and engaging. Its set a couple of months after the end of the first book and you have Strike dealing with his new found fame and his other personal problems. The mystery that Strike is now trying to solve leaves you guessing till the very end. The only thing about this book is that to understand some of Strike's and the other characters history you have to read the first book The Cuckoo's Calling another excellent book. I really recommend this book to anyone who loves a good mystery and those you want to start reading mystery novels.  5 out 5 diamonds

Read a thon May 18th to May 25

Hey I'll be joining the Read Your BookShelf-A–Thon  #RYBSAT  happening this week.
Basically the rules for this are simple you choose a spot on your bookshelf and read as many books you can within the week. I've already started with Silkworm by Robert Galbraith (aka J.K. Rowland).
